It is important not to take antihistamines 48 hours prior to your first visit. This will allow Dr. Roth to perform allergy skin testing at that time. The following are medications suggested not to take prior to your first visit. Any questions, please call our office to discuss your concerns.
Antihistamines:

Asthma medications: Please continue to take your asthma medications. You do not need to stop your asthma medications.
Nasal sprays and eye drops: You may continue to take your nasal sprays and eye drops.
Steroid pills: If you are on Prednisone or a Medrol Dosepak, please continue to take these medications. Allergy skin testing will be arranged by Dr. Roth.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call the office 24 hours prior to your appointment time to reschedule. It is important for the continuity of your care to maintain your appointments as best as possible.
